摘要
针对大型锅炉炉顶密封因热膨胀和相对位移而产生撕裂的问题,提出炉顶加装柔性密封结构的措施,分析3个经常泄漏部位炉顶密封泄漏的原因,并分别提出了各部位加装柔性密封的方案。从柔性密封选用材料和施工工艺两方面提出具体建议,并初步评估了改进后的收益。
Aiming at the tearing problems occurring in top seals of a large-scale boiler due to thermal expansion and relative displacement, measures of adding flexible seal structure to the boiler roof are proposed. By analyzing the causes leading to frequent leakage at 3 positions on the roof, specific retrofit schemes are suggested from two aspects, namely material selection and construction process determination, following which an evaluation of retrofit return is performed.
