摘要
为更准确探明不同测量标距对沥青混合料动态模量的影响机制,选用国内常用的3种沥青混合料,采用国际上通用的2种不同测量标距,进行2个不同温度和3个不同频率下的间接拉伸动态模量测试,考虑到细观空隙分布与受荷条件下混合料的动态模量值密切相关,利用X-ray CT技术分析混合料内部空隙分布特征,测试结果表明采用较大的测量标距可以有效提高试验的精密度,减小动态模量的离散程度和变异性,不同测量标距范围内混合料的空隙变异情况与动态模量变异情况类似,该方法从细观尺度合理解释了不同测量标距条件下混合料动态模量差异机理,为今后进一步研究提供有益参考。
In order to study the influence mechanism of dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture under different gage length (GL) conditions, three asphalt mixture types commonly used in China and two gage lengths commonly used in the world were chosen, and the indirect tensile test (IDT) for dynamic modulus was conducted under the condition of two temperatures and three frequencies. Considering the microscale voids distribution of asphalt mixture is closely related to the dynamic modulus value under load, the X-ray CT technology was utilized to analysis the internal voids distribution character of asphalt mixture. The testing results show that (1) using the longer GL is able to improve the test accuracy and reduce the degree of dispersion and variability of the dynamic modulus; (2) the voids variability in different GLs is similar to the dynamic modulus variability. This method explained the variation mechanism of dynamic modulus of mixture under different GL conditions based on microscale, which is a beneficial effect reference for the further research.
