摘要
目的:观察四妙合剂治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。对照组给予痛风定胶囊,治疗组内服四妙合剂(苍术、生白术各20 g,生薏苡仁、炒薏苡仁各50 g,黄柏10 g,土茯苓60 g,泽兰、泽泻各15 g,秦艽15 g,威灵仙30 g,赤芍15 g,土鳖虫12 g,地龙15 g,车前草30 g,虎杖30 g,山慈菇6 g,女贞子15 g,桃仁15 g,苦参15 g,萆薢20 g,川牛膝15 g,甘草6 g,生姜5 g,大枣5 g)。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为66.7%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四妙合剂治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of Simiao mixture in the treatment of dampness-heat type gouty arthritis.Methods：60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random digits table,30 cases of each group.The control group was given Tongfengding capsule and the treatment group was given Simiao mixture（Cangshu 20 g,Shengbaizhu 20 g,Shengyiyiren 50 g,Chaoyiyiren 50 g,Huangbai 10 g,Tufuling 60 g,Zelan 15 g,Zexie 15 g,Qinjiao 15 g,Weilingxian 30 g,Chishao 15 g,Tubiechong 12 g,Dilong 15 g,Cheqiancao 30 g,Huzhang 30 g,Shancigu 6 g,Nvzhenzi 15 g,Taoren 15 g,Kushen 15 g,Bixie 20 g,Chuanniuxi 15 g,Gancao 6 g,Shengjiang 5 g,Dazao 5 g）.Results：The effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 76.7% in control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Simiao mixture in the treatment of dampness-heat type gouty arthritis has distinct curative effect.
