摘要
介绍了扫描电镜的分析原理及其在APT、蓝钨、黄钨、紫钨、钨粉、碳化钨粉等钨制品的形貌、粒度分布分析上的应用,对钨制品的质量控制具有指导意义。
This article introduces the application of SEM in measuring the surface shape and particle size distribution of blue tungsten, yellow tungsten, purple tungsten, tungsten powder, tungsten carbide powder based on elaborating the importance of the physical properties of tungsten products. It has guiding significance in the quality control of tungsten products.
