摘要
公园绿地是提高人民群众生活水平,改善城市环境的首要因素之一。随着城市建设的快速发展,大兴区公园绿地建设也得到加强,但仍面临众多挑战。大兴新区发展定位正在由农业重区向产业新区迈进,大兴区园林绿化工作也向着产业环境承载、京南生态门户、绿色和谐家园、创新高效园林的定位发展。在充分了解大兴区公园绿地现状的情况下,进行分析研究,就大兴区公园绿地提出建设性意见。大兴区公园绿地现状已不能满足人民群众日益增长的物质文化需求,存在其总量不足、分布不均、类型单调、建管水平参差不齐等问题。建议相关部门完善体制机制建设,规划指导实施,加强多部门配合,动员全社会参与。
Public park is one of the primary factors of raising the living standards and improving the urban environment. As the city construction develops rapidly, public park construction in Daxing District has been strengthened, but faced many challen- ges. Daxing District is changing from agricultural area to industrial area. The landscape is positioning on ＂Industry environment Inheritors, Ecological South Gate,Green harmonious home, innovative and efficient garden＂. The author thought that the status of public parks in Daxing couldnot meet the people＇s growing material and cultural demands, i.e. insufficient in total amount, unequal distribution, types monotonous ,difference in construction levels, and suggested that relevant departments should im- prove the institutional mechanism construction, guide construction with planning, enhance multicultural coordination, organize the whole society to participate in.
