摘要
放射治疗是鼻咽癌治疗的主要手段之一,而鼻咽癌细胞的放射敏感性是放射治疗成败的关键。随着分子生物学的发展,发现鼻咽癌细胞内许多基因的异常表达与放射敏感性密切相关,甚至影响鼻咽癌患者的放疗疗效。鼻咽癌放射敏感性相关基因的研究被认为是可以揭开鼻咽癌放射敏感性奥秘的钥匙,放射治疗联合基因治疗有可能成为鼻咽癌治疗的有效方法之一。现就鼻咽癌放射敏感性的相关基因及其研究进展简要综述如下。
Radiotherapy is the primary means of treatment of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but radiosensitivity of nasopha- ryngeal carcinoma cells is the key to the success of radiation therapy. With the development of molecular biology, radiosensitivi- ty is closely related to the abnormal expression of many genes in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells and even affect the efficacy of radiotherapy of patients with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The radiosensitivity related genes is considered to be the key to uncov- er the mysteries of radiosensitivity, radiotherapy combined with gene therapy may become one of the effective treatment of Naso- pharyngeal carcinoma. Radiosensitivity related genes and its research progress is briefly reviewed in this paper,
