摘要
目的:回顾性分析闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定治疗小儿股骨转子下骨折29例的影像学结果及临床疗效。方法:2006年12月-2010年3月采用上述方法治疗29例股骨转子下骨折患儿,男17例,女12例;年龄4～16岁,平均11.2岁。结果:随访16～36个月,平均28.8个月,29例骨折均骨性愈合。影像学结果 Theologis评分:满意26例,满意率89.66%,髋关节功能Sanders评分:优26例,良2例,优良率96.55%.结论:微创手术治疗小儿转子下骨折能获得满意骨折对位及对线,临床疗效满意。
Objective：To retrospectively analyze the radiology results and clinical efficacy of closed reset elastic intramedullary nailing in the treatment of pediatric subtrochanteric femur fracture in 29 cases. Methods.. From December 2006 to March 2010, 29 cases with subtrochanteric femur fractures received the above treatment. There were 17 males and 12 fe males, aged 4 to 16 years old, with an average of 11.2 years. Results.. All patients were followed up for 16 to 36 months, averagely 28.8 months, and all fractures were healed. Theologis Rating for radiology results showed satisfaction in 26 cases （89.66%）. Sanders scoring system for hip function showed excellent results in 26 cases, good in 1 case, with effective rate 96.55 ~. Conclusion.. Minimally invasive surgery can guarantee good clinical effects, satisfactory linear and positional alignment, and is the preferred method of treatment for children with subtrocbanteric fracture.
