摘要
针对目前硬盘磁体人工检测速度慢、精度低等问题,采用了基于机器视觉的检测技术,设计了一套硬盘磁体检测系统。根据测试要求对工业相机、镜头、光源、图像采集卡等硬件进行了选型,对视觉图像处理、人机界面等软件进行了设计。最后通过实验验证,表明该系统可以满足实际检测应用要求。
To address the slow speed and the low accuracy in the artificial detection of hard disk magnets, a set of hard disk magnets detection system was designed based on machine vision detecting technology. According to the test requirements, the industrial camera, lenses, light source, image acquisition card and other hardware were selected and the visual image processing, man - machine interface and software were designed. Finally verified by the experiment shows that the system can meet the practical detection application requirements.
