摘要
目的了解和把握高师生时间管理倾向的特点,为促进高师生的教育与教学提供依据和参考。方法选取贵州省内高师在校大学生447人为调查对象,采用"青少年时间管理倾向量表",考察高师学生时间管理倾向的性别差异、年级差异、文理科差异、是否独生子女以及城乡差异。结果高师生在时间管理倾向的时间价值感、时间效能感上女生的得分高于男生,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05或p<0.01);在时间价值感维度上大四学生的时间价值感低于其它各年级,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01);在时间管理倾向的时间价值感、时间效能感上文科生高于理科生,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);在时间管理倾向的3个维度上是否独生子女及城乡学生比较,差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论高师学生在时间管理倾向上存在性别、年级、学科差异,在开展高师生教育与教学的过程中应区别对待。
Objective To have a knowledge about characteristics of time management disposition of normal university students so as to provide foundation and reference for promoting education and teaching for normal university students.Method 447 university students from normal universities in Guizhou province were chosen as research object,and the gender difference,grade difference,difference between literal arts and science,being the only-child or not and urban-rural difference in the time management disposition of normal university students were investigated with the ＂Adolescence Time Management Disposition Inventory＂.Results Scores in sense of time value and sense of time efficacy of time management disposition of female normal university students were higher than that of male students and the differences were statistically significant（p0.05 or p0.01）;The sense of time value of senior students was lower than other grades and the differences were statistically significant（p0.01）;the sense of time value and sense of time efficacy of time management disposition of literal arts students was higher than students of science and the differences were statistically significant（p0.05）;there was no statistically significant difference in three dimensions of the time management disposition between students being the only-child or not and between urban and rural students（p0.05）.Conclusion The time management disposition of normal university students varies by gender,grade and subject,so normal university students should be treated differentially in their education and teaching.
