摘要
我国现行研究生推免制度由于存在着监督和管理体制不健全之类弊端,公平性、公正性和公开性得不到有效保障,校际推免合作水平不高;这影响着我国研究生推免制度改革的深入及其完善。笔者通过从不同角度分析了我国现行研究生制度的发展现状,并分析了影响我国硕士研究生制度完善的原因,然后针对我国现行研究生制度存在的不足提出了改进的建议。
China＇s current graduate pushes exempts system because of the existence of supervision and management system is not perfect and so on malpractice,fairness,justice and openness are not effectively protected,intercollegiate pushes exempts the cooperation level is not high;this affects our country graduate student pushes exempts the system reform and perfection.The author through the analysis from different angles of our current postgraduate system development present situation,and analyzes the impact of graduate students in China to perfect the system of cause,then in view of our country present postgraduate system deficiencies and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
