摘要
采用 30m× 0 .2 5mmi.d .OV - 1石英毛细管柱 ,FID氢火焰离子化检测器 ,在柱温 2 2 0℃ ,对氯氰菊酯四个立体异构体进行了完全分离。该法快速、简便、重现性好 ,可同时完成混合物中顺反立体异构体的含量及总量的定量分析。回收率 97.3%~ 98.6%。
The separation of four stereoisomers of cypermethrin has been studied by capillary gas chromatography.The gas chromatographic conditions were as follows,fused silica capillary column:30m×0 25mm i.d.OV-1 with 0.25μm film thickness;colum temperature:220℃;the temperature of injector and detector:260℃;the detector:FID.It was rapid,simple and has a good repetition.The quantitative analysis was simutaneously completed for the content of the trans/cis isomers and the total content.The recovery ranged from 97.3%~98.6%.
