摘要
目的探索临床可行的胆道容积测量方法,为胆道消融栓塞提供数据。方法日本大耳兔行右外侧叶肝胆管外引流术,在X线透视下经引流管行胆道造影,使各级胆管充分显影时所用造影剂体积即胆道容积。结果体重无明显差别时,雌雄兔子右外侧叶肝胆道容积无显著差异。测得兔右外叶胆管容积。结论 X线透视下行胆道造影是目前测量胆道容积有效可行的方法。
Objective To explore a measurement of biliary tract volume and provide data for billiary ablation embolish. Methods Japanese rabbits were performed with drainage in the right lateral lobes of biliary tract and cholangiography under X-ray. The volume of radiopaque contrast medium which made the lntrahepatic bile duct clearly Seell was biliay volume. Results There was no significant difference in biliary volume between male and female rabbit at the same weight. The volume of right lobe biliary tract of rabbit was measured. Conclusion Meas- urement of volume of biliary tract under X-ray eholangiography is an effective and feasihle method.
