摘要
造血干细胞移植(HSCT)被认为是唯一可以治愈大部分恶性血液系统疾病的方法,然疾病复发和移植严重的并发症严重影响患者的生存质量,甚至危及生命,降低了最终生存率,目前西医疗法并不能完全解决该问题,而中医药联合HSCT治疗恶性血液病已在临床进行了一定实践,在提高植活率、防治并发症、减少复发方面具有一定作用,展现出可观的应用前景。
It was thought that most of hematological malignancies could be cured by hemopoietic stem cell transplan- tation（HSCT） , but life quality was affected by relapse of disease and complications of HSCT which may threaten life if se- rious, it was still a big problem for modem medicine. Now Chinese medicine is applied to treat hematological malignan- cies combining with HSCT, which may play a role in rise of graft survival rate, complications prevention and relapse reduc- tion, possessing a well prospect for further research and clinical application.
