摘要 勇于担当是一个人信念、意志和素质的外在表现,勇于担当是全面建成小康社会的必然要求、保持党的先进性的重要前提、从容应对各种挑战的现实需求。领导干部要带头勇于担当,必须坚持解放思想,更新观念,自觉站在改革开放的前沿思考问题;坚持知难而进,迎难而上,勇于解决经济建设和社会发展中遇到的各种矛盾和问题,做到动真碰硬,真抓实干,努力奋发进取,争创一流。
