摘要
抗日战争时期,面对根据地教育资源严重匮乏、人才极其短缺的局面,中国共产党以马克思主义教育观为理论依据,确立了以抗日救国为目标的教育方针,制定了干部教育、国民教育和社会教育等一系列具有本土性和创造性的政策。这些政策的落实,有力地促进了根据地教育事业的发展,为抗战的胜利做出了贡献,也对此后的教育变革提供了经验。
During the Anti -Japanese War, both educational resources and talents were scarce in the base ar- eas. The CPC defined the educational orientation targeting resisting Japan and saving the nation based on the Marxist ideas of education, compiled a series of localized and creative policies concerning cadre education, national education and social education. The implementation of these policies greatly spurred the prosperity of the education in the anti - Japanese bases, and made great contributions to the winning of the war and provid- ed experiences and lessons for future education in China.
