摘要
本文通过实验着重研究了一脉动热管在不同充液率下充入体积分数为0.05%、粒径为80 nm的柱状Al_2O_3纳米流体后传热性能的变化情况。结果表明:1)该纳米流体可以明显强化本实验中的脉动热管传热性能,但随着输入功率的增加,强化作用减弱;2)在充入该纳米流体后,脉动热管的最佳充液率由40%降为30%;3)充液率影响纳米流体的强化作用,总的来说充液率越高纳米流体的强化作用越弱。
The effect of Al2O3/H2O nanofluid on the heat transfer performance of an oscillating heat pipe was investigated experimentally. The cylinder like Al2O3 particle with the particle size of 80nm was thrown into water with the volume concentration of 0.05% to prepare the Al2O3/H2O nanofluid. The experimental results show that i) the nanofluid can enhance the heat transfer performance of the OHP, and the enhancement effect decrease as the input power increase; 2) the optimum filling ratio of the OHP decreased from 40% to 30%; 3) the enhancement effect of the nanofluid decrease as the filling ratio increase.
