摘要
针对国内秸秆利用的现状,剖析了问题产生的原因,并提出了针对性的措施,指出只有各地采取因地制宜的措施才能够从根本上解决秸秆焚烧等污染环境和浪费资源的问题。
Aiming at the domestic status of straw utilization,causes for problems were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.It was pointed that only act according to circumstances can solve the problems of environment pollution and resource waste.
