摘要
针对发酵微生物生理学的教学现状,从教材建设、理论教学和实验教学等方面对该课程教学改革进行了初步探讨,为高校专业限选课的教学改革提供了新的思路和方法,对提高教学质量发挥了积极作用并取得显著的成效。
According to teaching status of Fermentation Microbial Physiology,the course teaching reform was discussed from aspects of material construction,theoretical teaching and experimental teaching,which provides a new and promising innovation thought and method for teaching reform of elective course in universities,plays an active effect and obtains significant effects for improving teaching quality.
