摘要
为筛选番茄早疫病菌的强拮抗放线菌,探索生物防治的可行性,从不同番茄栽培地土壤中采样,通过平板稀释法分离得到32株放线菌。以番茄早疫病菌为指示菌,通过纸片扩散法进行拮抗放线菌的初筛和复筛,结果筛选出3株对番茄早疫病具有良好拮抗效果的放线菌,编号分别为Act-11,Act-13和Act-25,该菌株作为具有较高生防活性的放线菌,在番茄早疫病的生物防治中具有潜在的应用前景。
To screen a germ which has significant antagonism against tomato early blight and to approach biocontrol feasibility,thirty two strains of actinomycetes were separated from soil samples collected from different tomato cultivation soils by diluting and separating methods.Three strains had been proved to have antagonistic activity against Alternaria solani by disk diffusion method for screening and rescreening,numbered Act-11,Act-13 and Act-25.Act-11,Act-13 and Act-25 strains had higher biological control activity.It was suggested that strains Act-11,Act-13 and Act-25 had the potential application prospect in biological control of tomato early blight.
