摘要
用新型复合材料改进基体材料,以水基材料为基体,实现节能、环保的摩擦材料的冷压成形工艺加工。利用定速摩擦磨损试验机对自制的摩擦材料进行试验,研究基体材料含量对新型复合材料摩擦因数和磨损率的影响规律。结果表明:制备的复合摩擦材料的性能与基体材料的含量具有相关性,得到了在实验条件下的理想基体材料含量;材料摩擦磨损问题的影响因素十分复杂,通过研究证明了冷成形摩擦材料的摩擦稳定性和耐磨性。
The cold-press forming process of friction materials, a green production process of energy saving and environ- mental protection,was realized by using new composite material to improve the matrix material, and using the water-based material as matrix. The homemade specimens were tested on the constant speed friction and wear tester,and the influence of matrix material content on the friction coefficient and wear rate of the new composite materials were studied. The results show that the correlation between the properties of the prepared composite friction materials and the content of matrix mate- rials is proved, and an ideal matrix material content under the experimental conditions is got. Due to the influence factors of friction and wear problems are very complex, the friction stability and wear resistance of cold-forming friction material are proved through experimental study.
