摘要
目的研究进展期胃癌患者手术前行区域性动脉灌注化疗的有效性。方法选取2006年2月至2008年8月进展期胃癌患者72例为研究对象。实验组36例给予术前区域性动脉灌注化疗,对照组36例术前不给予此治疗措施。两组患者手术方法和手术后治疗措施均相同。观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组治疗效果优于对照组,1年生存率(83.33%vs69.44%)和3年生存率(55.56%vs38.89%)均高于对照组,两组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;实验组患者术前治疗期间发生不良反应23例,但均较为轻微且可控。结论对进展期胃癌患者手术前给予区域性动脉灌注化疗可以达到肿瘤降期的效果,有助于提高患者生存率。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of preoperative regional arterial infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 72 cases of advanced gastric cancer from February 2006 to August 2008 were selected as the research object and divided into the experimental group and the control group. 36 cases of the experimental group received the preoperative regional arterial infusion chemotherapy, while 36 cases of the control group did not received the preoperative regional arterial infusion chemotherapy. The same surgical methods and preoperative treatment were taken in two groups. The treatment effects of experimental group and control group were analyzed and compared. Results The experimental group had better treatment effect than the control group, and the 1-year and 3-year survival rates were higher than the control group （83.33% vs 69.44%; 55.56% vs 38.89%）; the difference was statistically significant （both P〈0.05）. The experimental group had 32 cases of adverse reactions during the preoperative treatment, but the adverse reactions were relatively mild and controllable. Conclusions Preoperative regional arterial infusion chemotherapy can achieve the effect of down-staging for patients with advanced gastric cancer, and improve patients＇ survival rate.
