摘要
基于Z源逆变器,提出了一种新型在线式UPS拓扑.该拓扑无需使用工频变压器,即可实现理想市电的输出,从而减小了电源体积,降低了成本,且还可带感性负载;增加了一个Buck/Boost充放电电路,采用额定电压较低的蓄电池,进一步减小了电源体积,同时降低了充放电电路中开关管的电压应力;在输入端增加Boost型APFC电路,提高了输入功率因数,减小了对电网的谐波污染.仿真实验和结果验证了该拓扑的正确性和有效性.
A new topology of on-line UPS based on Z-source inverter was proposed.The new topology could not only output a perfect sine wave under no industrial transformer,which decreased the volumetric size and cost of the UPS system,but could act on inductive loads besides capacitive ones.And a charging and discharging circuit based on Buck/Boost topology was added,where the battery's rated voltage could be smaller,which could reduce the power supply's volume and lessen the voltage stress of switch components.Moreover,an active power factor correction circuit based boost topology was provided in the topology' input,which could improve input power factor and reduce harmonic pollution.Simulation and experiment results were provided to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the new UPS.
