摘要
为了建立一种有效的干法膨化机内物料温度的计算模型,首先从分析螺槽中物料微元体的受力入手,依据干法膨化机摩擦生热的工作原理,推导出干法膨化机内物料的沿程温度分布公式,为干法膨化机的设计与实际应用提供理论上的支持。
A mathematic model of materials temperature rise in the self-heating extruder was established that based on the analysis of forces acting differential element in the schraubenbahn.The calculation formula about the distribution of on-way temperature in the self-heating extruder was inferred from its principle of work.It provided a computational model in the design and use of self-heating extruder.
