干旱胁迫对两种罗布麻渗透调节物质积累和保护酶活性的影响 被引量:20

Effect of drought stress on osmotic adjustment substances and activity of protective enzymes in two species of Apocynum

摘要 作为重要的生态经济型植物,罗布麻在用于生态建设的同时,也能够取得一定的经济效益。开展干旱胁迫下红麻(Apocynum venetum L.)和大麻状罗布麻(A.cannabinum L.)渗透调节物质及保护酶活性的研究,旨在比较二者的抗旱能力。以红麻和大麻状罗布麻2年生盆栽苗为材料,采用盆栽控水法,研究了4种土壤水分条件下两种罗布麻叶片的渗透调节物质及酶活性的变化情况。结果表明:(1)随着干旱胁迫的加重,两种罗布麻均能够通过提高自身的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、SOD及POD的含量来抵御一定的干旱胁迫。(2)在重度胁迫(T3)条件下,大麻状罗布麻叶片中积累的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、SOD及POD含量均高于红麻的,其中可溶性蛋白质的含量比红麻的高32.3%,SOD的含量是红麻的2倍,且其差异均达到了极显著(P<0.01),这表明大麻状罗布麻较红麻具有较强的抵御干旱胁迫的能力,在宁夏地区栽培具有可行性。 As an important ecological and economic plants,Apocynum can not only be used for ecological construction,but also obtain certain economic benefits.This research aimed to compare the drought resistance ability of A.venetum L.and A.cannabinum L.through the study on the physiology and biochemistry characteristics under drought stress.Using 2-year-old seedling as materials,we used weighing method to set up four levels of soil moisture.The changes of osmotic adjustment substances and protective enzyme activity of the two Apocynum were studied.The results showed:(1) With drought stress increasing,the two Apocynum species could raise their own soluble sugar,soluble protein,SOD and POD content to resist certain drought stress.(2) Under serve drought stress(T3),the soluble sugar,soluble protein,SOD and POD content of A.cannabinum were higher than that of A.venetum.The soluble protein of A.cannabinum was higher than that of A.venetum with an amount of 32.3%,and the content of SOD was 2 times higher than that of A.venetum.Besides,the difference between the two Apocynum of the soluble sugar and SOD content reached the very significant(P0.01).All these reflected that A.cannabinum L.was with strong drought resistance.
