摘要
阐述了富氧燃烧技术的节能减排原理,介绍其在钢铁生产过程包括烧结、热风炉、钢包烘烤器及轧钢加热炉和热处理炉上的应用以及国内外部分钢厂的应用效果。在全富氧情况下,DFI(直接火焰冲击)氧燃技术能使带钢处理线生产能力提高30%以上,无焰氧燃技术能使炉子处理能力提高25%,燃料用量和氧化铁皮生成量减半的同时,还能使NOx排放低于70 mg/MJ。
The principles for energy conservation and emission reduction of oxygen enrichment combustion were explained. Its application in steel production processes, including sinters, hot blast stoves, ladle preheaters, steel reheating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces, was introduced. For all oxygen combustion, using the DFI oxyfuel technique could increase the capacity of strip processing line by 30% or more, the flameless oxyfuel technology could increase the furnace capacity by 25% , reduce the fuel consumption and scale formation by a half as well as NOX emission below 70 mg/MJ.
