摘要
根据高档数控机床对伺服系统高速度、高精度和高动态性能的需求,介绍了一种以数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制器核心,以智能功率模块(IPM)为驱动器,采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制技术的全数字式永磁同步直线电动机(PMLSM)伺服系统。详细说明了伺服系统控制器、驱动器和检测电路的结构,阐述了直线电动机矢量控制的原理,分析了直线伺服系统的软件结构及主程序和定时中断服务子程序的流程。由于伺服系统硬件结构的简化,使得伺服系统具有较高的可靠性和适应性。
According to the demand of the linear motor with high speed,high precision and high dynamic performance for modern CNC machine tool,a digital servo system of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor using space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)control technology has been put forward.The servo system takes Digital Signal Processors(DSP)as the core of controller and Intelligent Power Module(IPM)as the driver.The structure of controller,driver and detection circuit of servo system was introduced,the principle of vector control technology for linear motor was discussed,and the main program flow and timing interrupt subprogram flow of servo system software were analyzed.The servo system has high reliability and flexibility because of the simplified servo system hardware structure.
