摘要
目的:对于急性心肌梗死患者采取舒适护理的应用效果分析。方法:选取2009年1月～2011年12月在我院就诊的急性心肌梗死患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用传统的护理方法,而观察组则采用舒适护理,对两组间的护理效果进行比较分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的舒适度和满意度明显提高,并发症发生率明显降低,平均住院时间及住院费用明显缩短。结论:对于急性心肌梗死患者,舒适护理是一种有效的护理模式,能够提高心肌梗死患者的舒适度,降低并发症的发生率,且能够使住院时间明显缩短,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of comfortable nursing for treating patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods：100 cases with acute myocardial infarction as the object of study in our hospital from Jan.2009 to Dec.2011.All the subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 patients in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,patients in observation group used comfortable nursing.Clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：Compared with the control group,comfort and satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher,the incidence rate of complications was significantly deceased and average hospitalization days and fees were significantly shortened.Conclusion：In clinical decisions,comfortable nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction has a better effect,it can improve the comfort score of the patients with acute myocardial,decease the incidence rates of complications and shorten the average hospitalization days.So comfortable nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction deserves to be widely used in clinical decisions.
