摘要 传统认为抗原提呈细胞表达MHCⅡ类抗原。但是,有研究发现部分T细胞也可以在特定条件下表达MHCⅡ类抗原,其发生机理及生物学效应受到众多学者的关注。本文就表达MHCⅡ类抗原的T细胞亚群的产生、作用机制及其与免疫耐受的关系等方面的研究进行综述,旨在为临床诱导器官移植免疫耐受提供参考。 Traditionally, antigen presenting cells were shown to express MHC Ⅱ antigens. However, some r searchers have demonstrated that a subset of T lymphocytes could express MHC Ⅱ antigens in some situation. Its regula- tory mechanism and biological effects remains challenging to researchers. This review provides an overview of the results of these MHC Ⅱ + T lymphocytes regarding to the generation, mechanisms, and the role in immune tolerance induction, aim to provide some insights in clinical immune toler- ance induction.
