脂肪干细胞应用于软骨缺损修复的研究新进展 被引量:2

摘要 由创伤、感染、自身免疫、肿瘤等因素引起的各种关节表面疾患以及儿童骨骺生长板的创伤﹑早闭﹑坏死等,都容易导致软骨病损[1]。由于软骨本身无血管和较低的细胞有丝分裂活性,其一旦损伤,自我修复的能力极其有限[2]。有研究表明,直径小于3mm的缺损可获得部分或全部的修复,但修复产生的纤维软骨会逐渐退化,且会使周围正常软骨恶化坏死[3],因此如何治疗软骨缺损具有重要的临床意义。
