摘要
本文介绍了我院绩效管理系统的设计思路与主要功能。该系统采用PowerBuilder9.0编程语言开发,后台数据库采用Oracle,便于与军卫HIS进行实时数据交换,实现无缝集成。系统总体设计主要基于三大平台,通过对HIS系统各类数据资源的实时采集,实现了集运行监控、绩效考评、科级核算、综合评价为一体的管理模式,对数字化医院内部各项业务流程进行精细化的绩效管理,取得了较好的经济效益和管理效益。
This paper introduces the design scheme and main functions of hospital performance management system, which adopts PowerBuilder9.0 and Oracle database, can instantaneously exchange data with HIS and realize seamless integration. The general design of this system is mainly based on three platforms. By instantaneously collecting kinds of data resource of HIS, comprehensive management mode of operation monitoring, performance evaluation, middle-level accounting, comprehensive evaluation was realized. Satisfactory economic benefits and management efficiency were achieved by proceeding fine performance management of various business process in the digital hospital.
