摘要
测定了马协细胞质雄性不育系及其保持系水稻线粒体能量释放热谱和 DSC曲线 ,探讨了它们在恒温和变温条件下能量释放规律和特性 .结果表明马协细胞质雄性不育水稻线粒体在其能量释放过程中放热量较大 ,能垒较高且机制较为复杂 ,故其能量释放速率则较其可育系小 .
The energy release thermograms and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves of the mitochondria isolated from fertile and cytoplasmic male sterile lines of Maxie type rice were determined by using an LKB\|2277 Bioactivity Monitor and a Du Pont 910 differential scanning calorimeter. The regularity and characteristics of the energy release of the mitochondria at constant temperature and change temperatures were investigated. The presented results showed that the mitochondria from Maxie cytoplasmic male sterile rice released more heat, had higher energy barrier and complicated mechanism and less rate in comparison to its fertile line in its energy release process.
