碳纤维复合材料的等离子粗化工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 表面粗化程度是决定碳纤维复合材料金属化镀层结合力好坏的关键。文中对碳纤维复合材料表面开展了机械粗化、化学粗化和等离子粗化试验,对处理后的外观、水膜破裂时间及温度循环试验结果进行比较,找到最适合碳纤维复合材料的粗化工艺。在等离子粗化试验中,对等离子处理的放电电流、处理时间进行对比,最终得到等离子处理碳纤维复合材料表面的最佳工艺参数。 The application of carbon-fiber composite, due to whose unsolved metallization technological problem, is greatly restricted in aeronautics and space and other areas. Surface roughening grade is the critical factor determining binding force of metallization plating layer of carbon-flbre composite. Plasma roughening process presented in the paper features uniform suhstrate surface roughening, controllable precision roughening grade, chromic-free roughening without chromic water pollution. The paper intro- duces mechanical roughening, chemical roughening, and plasma roughening test on the surface of carbon-fiber composite. Roughe- ning process most suitable for carbon-fiber composite is obtained through comparing treated appearance, water-film bursting test, and temperature circulation test. In plasma roughening test, comparative test is conducted for discharge current of plasma process and processing time, from which, optimum process parameters for processing carbon-fiber composite surface with plasma are obtained finally.
