摘要 介绍了一种适用于重型精密机床的反馈式小流量多头泵系统,引入了压力、温度与粘度的数学模型及负载与油膜的数学模型,得出了温度与油膜的数学模型,以此理论为基础,设计了反馈式小流量多头泵系统,并介绍了反馈式小流量多头泵系统的工作原理、组成结构等。 The article reports on feedback type small flow multi-heed pump system which can be applied to heavy duty preci- sion machine tools, and introduces its workings and structure. Feedback type small flow multi-heed pump system is designed with the mathematical model of temperature and oil film as its theoretical basis obtained by introducing the mathematical model of tempera- ture, pressure and viscosity.
