摘要
科技创业人才活力与区域经济发展实力和潜力互为依存。科技创业人才与区域环境的相互作用构成了科技创业人才生态系统,文章提出了区域科技创业人才生态系统概念和定义,在理论上又对科技创业人才与创业生态系统影响关系进行了假设,并运用结构方程模型验证了科技创业人才对创业支持环境、经济市场环境、社会文化环境、生活服务环境的互动关系,为深入研究科技创业人才生态系统奠定基础。
The status and potential of regional econonrlc development are interdependent with the vitality of Hi-tech entrepreneurial talents. The interactions between Hi-tech entrepreneurial talents and the environment constitute the ecosystem of Hi-tech entrepreneurial talents. The paper first introduced the concepts and definitions of the regional ecosystem of Hi-tech entrepreneurial talents, then hypothesized the interaction of Hi-tech entrepreneurial talents and incubative ecosystem theoretically , and used structural equation modeling to proof the interactions between Hi-tech entrepreneurial talents and entrepreneurial supporting environment, economic and market environment, social and cuhural environment, life service environment, laying the foundation for in-depth study of the ecosystem of Hi-tech talents.
