摘要
目的观察右美托咪定对非体外循环冠脉搭桥术患者血清S100β蛋白的影响。方法行非体外循环冠脉搭桥术患者30例,随机分为对照组(C组)和右美托咪定组(D组)(n=15)。D组泵入右美托咪定,C组泵入等体积的生理盐水。记录麻醉诱导前30min(T0)、插管后即刻(T1)、切皮时(T2)、关胸时(T3)、术毕(T4)、术后6h(T5)、术后24h(T6)的MBP、HR、BIS值,采血检测皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素等。结果 D组T1MBP较C组低(P<0.05),T1-T4HR较C组低(P<0.05)。D组各时点皮质醇水平均低于C组(P<0.05),D组肾上腺素及去甲肾上腺素水平在T1-T5时点较C组低(P<0.05)。D组S100β蛋白在T2-T6时点均显著低于C组。结论右美托咪定可以抑制非体外循环冠脉搭桥术患者血清S100β蛋白的升高。
Objective To explore the effects of Dexmedetomidine on serum S100 β protein in patients undergoing Off-pump coronary-artery bypass grafting.Methods Thirty patients of selective operation undergoing off-pump coronary-artery bypass grafting were randomly assigned to 2 groups with one of 15 patients: normal saline control group(C group),Dexmedetomidine group(D group).The patients in D group were infused with Dexmedetomidine,while in control group the patients were infused with physiological saline.MBP,heart rate,BIS,plasma cortisol,epinephrine,noradrenalin and serum S100βprotein wererecorded at the time of 30 minutes before anesthesia(T0),instant after the intubation(T1),instant beginning of the operation(T2),instant after the closure of the pleural(T3),instant the end of the operation(T4),6 hours after the operation(T5),24 hours after the operation(T6).Results There was significant difference of MBP at T1 and HR at T1-T4 between two groups(P0.05).Compared with C group,the plasma cortisol was lower at each time,and the plasma epinephrine,noradrenalin were lower at T1-T5 in group D(P0.05).The concentration of serum S100βprotein was significantly lower in group D than that in group C at T2-T6(P0.05).Conclusions This study demonstrated that Dexmedetomidine attenuates serum S100 βprotein in patients undergoing off-pump coronary-artery bypass grafting.
