摘要
目的:将心理学中的"共情"概念,用于老年门诊体检工作中。提高就诊人员对护理工作的满意度。方法:采用自制调查表,在体检结束后,对受检人员采用门诊现场问卷调查的方式进行。对同一组人群2009、2010年进行年度查体后,即使用"共情"概念前后的满意度进行调查。结果:2009年总体满意率为75.0%,2010年总体满意率为96.0%。存在显著差异(P<0.01)。除去"护士的技术水平"没有显著差异外(P>0.01),共情技术使用后,对于就诊环境、护士的服务态度、查体表的流程安排、饮食等4项内容的满意度均有提高(均P<0.01)。结论:将"共情"概念融入护士日常工作,可大幅提升护理工作质量,提高老年门诊体检者的满意度。
Objective:Application of empathy in health examination at gerontics clinic was used to elevate the testers' satisfaction to their guide nurses.Methods:The patients' satisfactory degree to their guide nurses was acquired by questionnaire edited by the authors themselves.The inquired objects had received twice questionnaire after health examination in 2009 without empathy and 2010 with empathy.Results:The rate of satisfactory was 75.0% in 2009 and 96.0% in 2010(P0.01).There was no significant difference in nurse skill level(P0.01).The satisfaction rates of the other four factors such as the treatment environment,the attitude of nurses,examination schedule or diet were significantly increased after the use of technology in empathy(P0.01).Conclusion:Putting the empathy into nurses' routine work might elevate the nursing quality and the rate of satisfactory at gerontics clinic.
