摘要
采用文献分析法,总结了乡村卫生服务一体化管理的主要做法及效果,分析存在的主要问题,如一体化建设需要投入大量资金、村医职责和利益严重不对等。建议政府完善投入机制、综合采取多种管理方法等。
This article summarized the different literature of integrated management of township health center and village clinic,and discussed on some key issues and some experiences,which can provide reference for rural health services.
