Synthesis of conducting polymer PEDOT and its conductive property

摘要 文章采用化学氧化聚合法,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,质子酸为掺杂剂合成了聚乙烯二氧噻吩(PEDOT)导电聚合物,研究了掺杂剂种类、聚合温度以及试剂比例对聚合速率及电导率的影响。研究结果表明:盐酸、冰醋酸及樟脑磺酸掺杂后能显著提高聚合物的电导率,其中樟脑磺酸掺杂后的电导率最高;质子酸掺杂和升高聚合温度可以明显加快聚合速率;当单体与氧化剂的摩尔比为1∶1时聚合物的电导率最高。 The conducting polymer poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene)(PEDOT) was synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization technique using ammonium persulfate as oxidant and protonic acid as dopant. The effect of different dopant, polymerization temperature and proportion of reagent on the polymerization rate and conductivity is studied. The results of the conductivity measurements show that the conductivity of the polymer is improved by doping with hydrochloric acid, glacial acetic acid and camphor sulfonic acid. And the sample doped with camphor sulfonic acid has the highest conduc- tivity. The polymerization rate can be accelerated by doping with protonic acid and raising polymerization temperature. The highest conductivity is obtained from the sample with 1 : 1 molar ratio of monomer and oxidant.
