摘要 为了提高太阳能利用率,提出一种新的太阳能跟踪方式,通过光敏电阻构成的光电传感器检测光线强度,根据光强偏差闭环控制步进电动机的转动,保证太阳光线与光伏电池板平面始终垂直,使光伏电池板输出功率最大。设计了基于AT89C52单片机为控制核心,驱动2组步进电动机,从方位角和高度角2个方向调整太阳能电池组方阵的姿态,实现双轴跟踪。试验结果表明,该控制系统能准确跟踪光源,实现电动机转动,工作性能稳定。采用单片机的太阳能跟踪控制系统具有成本低、精度高的优点。 In order to improve the utilization of solar energy, a new solar tracking method was proposed. The photoelectric sensor with light sensitive resistors detects the light intensity, the controller drives the step motors rotate on the basis of the light intensity deviation, a closed-loop control mode was used to make the sunray and photovohaic panels always vertical, to achieve the maximum output power. AT89C52 is the core of the control, and the dual-axis tracking was realized by adjusting the position of panels array both in elevation and azimuth. The experimental results show that the system can tracking light source accurately, and perform steadily. The solar tracking control system based on microcontroller has merits of low cost and high precision.
