摘要
研究了季鏻盐/ZnCl2催化甲苯与氯化苄合成苄基甲苯的反应。较佳反应条件为:季鏻盐9.4 mmol,n(季鏻盐):n(氯化苄)=1:40,于100℃反应5 h。在最佳反应条件下,氯化苄转化率近100%,单双苄基甲苯总收率95%。季鏻盐/ZnCl2催化剂可循环使用24次以上。
Benzyltoluene was synthesized by the reaction of toluene with benzyl choloride using quaternary phosphonium salt/ZnCl2 as the catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions at 100 ℃ for 5 h were as follows:quaternary phosphonium salt was 9.4 mmol,n(quaternary phosphonium salt):n(benzyl choloride) was 1:40.Conversion of benzyl choloride was up to 100% and the yield of benzyltoluene reached over 95% under the optimum reaction conditions.The catalyst quaternary phosphonium salt/ZnCl2 could be reused at least 24 times.
