摘要
目的探讨后路短节段减压椎弓根系统固定术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法自2008年1月—2011年1月,我院共行短节段减压椎弓根系统固定治疗腰椎管狭窄患者36例,其中男21例,女15例;年龄45～82岁,平均年龄63岁,术后随访。结果本组病人术后均获随访,随访时间6～24个月。疗效评估采用日本矫形外科协会腰痛评分标准评价,优22例,良9例,中5例,差0例,优良率为86.1%。结论后路短节段减压椎弓根系统固定是治疗腰椎管狭窄症较为理想的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of posterior short-segment lumbar spinal canal decompression combined with pedicle of vertebral arch system fixation for the treatment of lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods 36 cases met the inclusion criteria were treated by posterior short-segment lumbar spinal canal decompression combined with pedicle of ver- tebral arch system fixation and followed up after operation. Results All the eases were followed up from 6 to 24 months. The result was excellent in 22, good in 9, effective in 5, poor in 0. Conclusion Lumbar spinal canal decompression combined with pedicle of vertebral arch system fixation is a good technique for the treatment of lumbar spinal canal stenosis.
