摘要
目的综述近几年来国内外对基质金属蛋白酶-1的研究进展。方法查阅近10年来国内外的相关文献,进行分析总结。结果基质金属蛋白酶-1广泛参与心脑血管病变、肿瘤、肝纤维化及关节炎等生理病理过程,涉及到机体中的多个系统。结论基质金属蛋白酶-1在机体的生理病理过程中发挥着重要的作用,对其作用机制的深入研究将有助于开发特异性更好的基质金属蛋白酶-1抑制剂,为疾病预防和治疗提供新策略。
Objective To summarize the research progress of matrix metalloproteinase-1 in recent years.Methods The related domestic and foreign literatures in the past 10 years were analyzed and summarized.Results Matrix metalloproteinase-1 was widely involved in cardiovascular disease,cancer,liver fibrosis,arthritis and other physiological and pathological processes,involving multiple systems in the body.Conclusions Matrix metalloproteinase-1 plays an important role in physiological and pathological processes in the body.Its mechanism in-depth study will help to develop specific inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-1,It has important value of disease prevention and treatment.
