摘要
目的了解住院患者对病房物理环境舒适感的评价,以期为病房环境改造提供客观依据。方法便利抽样法选取某三级甲等医院2011年3月4-5日住院患者340例为研究对象,采用自编问卷对其进行病房内温度、湿度、空气质量、床间距、音响、色彩等6个方面舒适感的调查。结果 69.5%的住院患者认为病房物理环境舒适或较舒适,患者对病房舒适感由高到低排序为:温度、湿度、音响、空气质量、床间距、色彩。病房设置在一楼的老年女性患者认为病房温度偏低;2.4%的患者认为病房色彩不舒适或较不舒适。结论建议管理者切实解决住院患者多、病房拥挤的问题,改善病房物理环境,为患者提供一个更加舒适、安全的疗养环境。
Objective To verify the comfortable feeling evaluation of inpatients on the physical settings, so as to provide the objective basis for the administrative management of the hospital. Methods Between 4th and 5th day of March 2011, the investigation on appropriate feeling evaluation was performed by using a self-designed questionnaire among 340 inpatients in a Class-III Level-A hospital, including the temperature, humidity, air quality, space between beds, sounding and colour. Results Totally 69. 5 of the inpatients believed that the physical settings were comfortable. The descending order of inpa- tients＇ comfortable feeling was temperature, humidity, colour, air quality, sounding and space between beds. The elderly female inpatients on the first floor complained that the temperature was low. Only 2. 3 % of the inpatients were dissatisfied with the color of the ward settings. Conclusion The hospital managers are suggested to resolve the problems of less and overcrowded wards for inpatients, and im- prove the physical settings of wards, so as to provide a more comfortable and safer recovery settings for inpatients.
