摘要
体验式英语教学的理念提倡以教师为主导,帮助学生在使用英语的过程中体验学习的乐趣,增强语言应用能力和自主学习能力。毋庸置疑,教师的教学水平在此过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文在归纳和分析从全国范围内四所高校中所收集的问卷调查数据和访谈结果的基础上,针对目前英语师资培训的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了较为切实可行的培训模式,以期有助于提升教师的素养和教学质量。
The experiencing English teaching aims at helping students experience pleasure out of language learning and develop their language competence and autonomous learning ability under the guide of teachers.Accordingly teacher’s teaching quality is undoubtedly of vital importance.On the basis of an analysis of the data from the questionnaires and interviews in four universities,the status quo of teaching training and existing problems,and the teaching training practice conducted in Southeast University,this paper proposes a feasible teacher training mode which is expected to help improve the quality of teachers and English teaching.
