摘要
目的探讨和评价围手术期干预对预防腹股沟疝术后下肢深静脉血栓(LEDVT)形成的影响,减少手术并发症。方法回顾1999年1月至2012年1月腹股沟疝患者3320例的手术临床资料,分析其中LEDVT患者7例的临床资料、手术时间、并发症及转归。结果针对性的围手术期干预可降低LEDVT发病率,本组LEDVT发病率为0.21%,对已发生的7例LEDVT患者经早期干预及治疗均减轻病情,随访3～24个月,无1例复发及死亡。结论腹股沟疝围手术期,要高度重视LED-VT的发生,早期干预、迅速诊断和及时治疗是降低LEDVT发病率,减少并发症的关键。
Objective To discuss the clinical role of the perioperative management in patients with inguinal hernia patients in preventing LEDVT after tension-free herioplasty and reduce postoperative complications. Methods A total of 3 320 patients with inguinal hernia treated by tension-free hernioplasty from Jan 1999 to Jan 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. The operation time, mean hospitalization days, complications and follow-ups of 7 patients with LEDVT were analysed. Results The patients in the active group were reported to take appropriate interventions in before operation, which can reduce postoperative complications. The incidence of postoperation complication with LEDVT was 0.21%. All 7 patients with LEDVT were followed up from 3 to 24 months and were cured without recurrence and death. Conclusions The perioperative management in the patients with inguinal hernia can significantly reduce the complication of LEDVT. The appropriate and timely intervention should be provided in perioperative period.
