摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定橘红片中柚皮苷和橙皮苷的含量。方法采用inertsil ODS色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-冰醋酸-水(34∶4∶61);流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:283nm,柱温:30℃。结果柚皮苷在0.0244～0.244μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999;橙皮苷在0.0163～0.163μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;平均回收率柚皮苷为100.30%,RSD为1.99%(n=6);橙皮苷为99.78%,RSD为1.79%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于橘红片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of naringin and hesperidin in Juhong Tablets.Methods Inertsil ODS column was used witha mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetic acid-water（34∶4∶61）;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;detection wavelength was 283 nm;temperature was set at 30 ℃.Results The calibration curve of naringin was in good linearity over the range of 0.0244-0.244 μg（r=0.9999）.The calibration curve of hesperidin was in good linearity in the range of 0.0163-0.163 μg（r=0.9999）.The mean recoveries of naringin and hesperidin in Juhong Tablets were 100.30%（RSD=1.99%）and 99.78%（RSD=1.79%）,respectively.Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Juhong Tablets.
