老年颅脑损伤急性期患者GCS评分与血清中超敏C反应蛋白、基质金属蛋白质-2和-9的关系 被引量：8

摘要 CT对颅脑损伤的诊断有重要价值,但是其判断病变程度及预后仍局限。近来人们更倾向于研究患者血清中的表达,并证实了相关蛋白的表达意义。高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）是急性时相蛋白,基质金属蛋白质（MMP）-2、-9是MMP家族的经典成员,对细胞外基质有明显的降解作用,近年来研究显示hs-CRP、MMP-2、-9在颅脑损伤患者中高表达,对疾病进展有一定促进作用。
