摘要
目的 :测定中药材杜鹃叶中挥发油成分。方法 :凉山杜鹃叶中的挥发油成分经改进的同时蒸馏萃取仪提取 (水蒸气蒸馏 ,乙酸乙酯萃取 ) ,然后经毛细管气相色谱法进行测定 ,用面积归一化法进行了定量。色谱条件 :HP5中性石英毛细管柱 ( 0 2 5mm× 3 0m× 0 2 5 μm) ,柱温 15 0℃ ,分流进样 ,分流比 75∶1,进样温度 2 5 0℃ ,MS检测器。载气为高纯氦气。结果 :挥发油中共分离出 72个化合物 ,初步鉴定了其中的 2 7个化合物。其成分主要包括烯烃类 ( 3 2 5 3 % )、烷烃类 ( 10 13 % )、醇类 ( 6 2 6% )、酯类 ( 15 2 9% )等。含量较高的是α -蒎烯、十四烷、邻苯二甲异丁酯、 8-异丙基环 [5 1 0 ]辛烷、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、 4 -甲基 - 1-异丙基 环[3 1 0 ]己烷、α -松油醇、己酸甲酯等。结论 :本法是一个快速、简便。
Objective:To develop the method for the determination of the volatile oils of Rhododendron L. from Sichuan Liangshan. Method: Capillary gas chromatography was used to separate the volatiles, which were extracted by self-made simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction (SDE). Chromatographic conditions were: capillary column HP5 (0 25 mm×30 m×0 25 μm), over temperature: 150 ℃, split injection, split ratio 75∶1, mass selective detector, injection temperature 250 ℃. Helium was used as carrier gas. Results: It was revealed that 72 peaks have been separated, of which 29 compounds were identified and quantified. The main components are olefins (32 53%), saturated hydrocarbons (10 13%), alcohols (6 26%) and esters (15 29%), etc. The contents of α-pinene, tetradecane, ester, α-terpineol, hexanoid methyl ester are high. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of the volatile oils.
