摘要
目的 :为研究牙尖斜度对上颌全口义齿基托应力分布状况的影响提供基础条件。方法 :采用三坐标测量机和计算机辅助设计建立计及牙尖斜度的三维有限元模型 ;依据理论力学原理确定加载方式。结果 :建立了更接近临床实际情况、有牙尖斜度的三维有限元模型 ,确定了不同牙尖斜面外载荷的加载方向 ,并根据推导公式计算出不同加载情况下应加力的大小。结论 :该模型可用于上颌全口义齿应力分布研究。
Objective: To provid a basic condition for the study of the effects of cusp inclination on the stress distribution of the base of maxillary complete denture (MCD) . Methods: A 3 dimensional finite element model (3 DFEM) with the cusp inclination was made by coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and computer aided design(CAD); and the loading ways were determined by the principle of mechanics. Results: A 3 D FEM with the cusp inclination was established, which approached the actual and practical situation in clinic; and the loading direction was determined in different cusp slant; the loading was brought forward in the different load case by the formula that had been worked out by the authors.Conclusion:The established model may be used for the stress distribution of MCD.
