摘要 目前，大体估计心房颤动（简称房颤）患者已占发达国家人口的1．5％～2％，我国的患病率约为0．77％，房颤患者的平均年龄也在逐步上升，男性高于女性，是临床上最常见的心律失常之一。房颤患者发生卒中与充血性心力衰竭的风险分别是正常人群的5倍与3倍，同时其所导致的住院率和病死率也在逐步上升，
